This meditation uses both visualization and breath techniques to help kids be calm and peaceful. They are encouraged to lie down, close their eyes and take a deep breath. On each exhale, they are taught to imagine their breath as if it were blowing the leaves off of a tree, to uncover a surprise nestled in the branches. This meditation is perfect for helping your children unwind after a busy day, or to inspire rest and sleep.
